Indianapolis-based Solutions Healthcare Management has joined Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, headquartered in Denver, CO, to integrate its unique services within the healthcare industry. This creates one of the most comprehensive physician advisory companies in the country.
Formed in 1997, Solutions Healthcare Management provides practice management services to physicians across the U.S. and their affiliated partnerships. These offerings have included contracted senior management, leadership, and strategic guidance; financial and patient care reporting; full revenue cycle management for professional billing; and a private cloud platform. While representing a wide array of medical specialties, Solutions has gained a national reputation in kidney care initiatives through the current and past support of over 50 private practice nephrology groups throughout the country.
Pinnacle represents a family of companies with a national footprint providing a broad range of strategic, financial/valuation, and operational/regulatory/compliance services to the healthcare industry and healthcare organizations such as hospitals, health systems, ASCs, and medical practices. The partnership will add new companies, Pinnacle Healthcare Revenue Solutions, and Cloud Proven Networks.

Solutions’ owners Hoopingarner, John Murphy, and Jeff Bills will maintain ownership and transition to Pinnacle Healthcare Consulting, with Bills serving as the Chief Technology Officer for Cloud Proven Networks. The continuation of Solutions’ full spectrum of revenue cycle services will be led by Mary Reeves, Chief Revenue Officer. Hoopingarner adds having access to a wider client base will allow them to expand staff growth in Indianapolis.
